A little about me...
I have over 30 years’ experience working with children of all ages in a wide variety of settings. As a qualified primary school teacher, I have worked in schools both full-time and part-time, gaining a wealth of experience supporting children with different needs, abilities and interests.
For 15 years, I also worked as a Children’s Worker in a local church, where I ran Kids Club groups and developed a real love for creating engaging, enjoyable learning experiences for children.
For the past seven years, I have home educated our own three children. Along the way, I have organised and run a variety of groups and activities for other home educated children, including a GCSE tutor group for English and History.
Now that my own children are older teenagers, it feels like the perfect time to begin something new — combining all that I have learned and loved over the years to offer children a warm, encouraging and creative place to learn, grow and flourish.
